Privacy Policy.

PDFtextflow processes PDFs in your browser. The tools have no document upload endpoint, and they do not send your file contents to a server.

What stays on your device.

Your PDF, extracted text, bookmarks, and edits are held in memory in the current browser tab. Closing or refreshing the tab clears that workspace. Downloads are files you choose to save on your device. Your original file is never overwritten by the tools.

What uses the network.

The website downloads its own pages, fonts, and PDF processing code. OCR also downloads the selected language model from tessdata.projectnaptha.com. These requests disclose standard connection information such as your IP address to the hosting provider. They do not include your PDF or recognized text. OCR may cache language models in your browser to make future recognition faster.

No accounts or document history.

This implementation has no accounts, tracking analytics, advertising scripts, or server document history. The hosting provider may keep standard request logs. Browser extensions, operating systems, and your download folder have their own data handling behavior.

When you contact us.

If you email us, your email address, message, and any attachments are sent through email services rather than the local PDF workspace. We use the information you provide to respond to your request. Please avoid sending confidential documents or passwords.

Practical limits.

Local processing uses your device’s memory and CPU. Large files and OCR may take time, especially on a phone. Password-protected PDFs need the correct password to preview; some encrypted PDFs cannot be modified by the export engine. Digital signatures may be invalidated by editing a PDF.
